This course will give you a holistic view of organisations while developing your leadership qualities and the skills needed to identify opportunities to inform effective strategic decisions.
Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the only chartered professional body in the field of management and leadership, you will graduate with a degree as well as the CMIs Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Entry criteria
Entry requirements
Degree and experience
At least three years management or professional experience, plus a degree or equivalent professional qualification.
If you have considerable management experience but no first degree, contact us at exec.edu@ox-edu.co.uk.
English language requirements
IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each element. We accept IELTS One Skill Retake scores that meet our entry requirements. Find out more about the other English qualifications that we accept.
Other
Our MBA programmes do not require the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT), though if you have taken the GMAT a good score can strengthen your application.
Course content
Course structure
Case studies and professional work-based projects enable you to apply your new skills to the benefit of employers. Guest speakers, industry visits and attending core modules provide a wider perspective and exposure to different cultures as experiences are shared.
It is possible to complete the part-time course in two years, but most students spread the workload over three years. You can start your MBA in January or September.
There may also be the possibility of taking some modules online, rather than classroom based, giving you a blended learning experience.
